AMBULANCE BILLING AND COLLECTION SERVICES

The City of Lynn will receive bids for the Lynn Fire Department ambulance billing and collection services as outlined in bid specifications. The contract will be for three (3) Years

This bid will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest percentage (%) cost to the City of Lynn on the gross amount collected by the billing agency.

Specifications may be obtained starting, Monday, August 12, 2024 at the City of Lynn Purchasing Department, Room 205, 3 City Hall Square, Lynn, MA 01901. Specifications are available by email or with be mailed upon request at [email protected]. Specifications are available until the due date specified below.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: Bid# 03-581 Ambulance Billing and Collection Services. All bids must be submitted to the purchasing department at the address above no later than 11:00am on Wednesday, August 28,2024 and will be publicly opened, forthwith. Emailed bids will not be accepted.

The City of Lynn reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and make award as may appear in the best interest of the City.

The City of Lynn Purchasing Agent will prepare the notice of award and awarding of this contract.

AMBULANCE MEDICAL SUPPLIES

The City of Lynn will receive bids for the purchase of ambulance medical supplies for the Lynn Fire Department on an as needed basis.

The successful bidder will be responsible for free delivery of medical supplies as required to 625 Lynnfield Street, Lynn, MA 01904 or other various locations within the City of Lynn as requested.

Specifications may be obtained starting, Monday, August 19, 2024 at the City of Lynn Purchasing Department, Room 205, 3 City Hall Square, Lynn, MA 01901. Specifications are available by email or with be mailed upon request at [email protected]. Specifications are available until the due date specified below.

INVITATION FOR BID
RESTORATION OF THE LYNN COMMONS FOUNTAIN

The City of Lynn, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Restoration of the Lynn Commons Fountain in Lynn, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Brown Richardson + Rowe, Inc. and Weston & Sampson Aquatics, dated August 14, 2024.

The Project consists of: The City of Lynn –Restoring the Lynn Commons Fountain and related Site Work – located at The Lynn Large Common between North and South Common Streets at the Baker Street intersection will include restoration and renovation of the Fountain and Fountain mechanicals, including adjacent site work. The work is estimated to cost $450,235 (including all Add Alternates).

Bids are subject to the stricter requirements of M.G.L. c.30 §39M and Federal Regulation 2 CFR 200 and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive and Federal Davis Bacon Act.

General Bids will be received until Monday, September 9, 2024, at 5:00 PM and publicly opened, forthwith online.

There will be a voluntary Prebid site walk on Tuesday, September 3rd at 11 AM.

THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.biddocsonline.com . All Bids should be submitted electronically online at www.biddocsonline.com and received no later than the date and time specified above.

General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all Alternates) and made payable to the City of Lynn.

Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available for pick-up Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at www.biddocsonline.com (may be viewed electronically and hardcopy requested) or at Nashoba Blue, Inc. at 433 Main Street, Hudson, MA 01749 (978-568-1167).

There is a plan deposit of $75.00 per set (maximum of 2 sets) payable to BidDocs Online Inc.

Deposits may be electronically paid or must be a check. This deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty days of receipt of general bids. Otherwise, the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority. Additional sets may be purchased for $75.00.

Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), payable to BidDocs ONLINE, Inc., to cover mail handling costs.
