Duties, qualifications, and requirements:
Performs a variety of complex data entry operations requiring a considerable degree of decision and thorough knowledge of the functions of the Records Office; including but not limited to performing data entry and related Records Office clerical work as required; Trains new Information Systems personnel on the above functions; May perform various clerical duties for the department, including the providing of courteous assistance to requests by the public, either by telephone or at the Front Counter of the Records Office.

Must be able to type/input with speed and accuracy; Thorough knowledge of data entry operations; Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Software relative to the above listed duties. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Customer service oriented. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology, as needed. Bilingual/bicultural candidates preferred.
