The Parks and Recreation Department's mission is to provide safe, clean, accessible, and high-quality parks, open spaces, and year-round recreational programs—including sports clinics, activities, and entertainment outings. Serving Lynn residents of all ages, abilities, and neighborhoods, the Department aims to improve community quality of life while protecting and enhancing the city's natural resources and public assets.
