New 2/10 UPDATED SNOW ADVISORY
Lynn Public Schools (LPS) will be closed on Wednesday, February 11th. KIPP Academy will have a 2-hour delay. All LPS after-school activities will take place as scheduled.
Due to the timing of this snowstorm, the parking ban for the City of Lynn will be lifted overnight. Per City ordinance, residents have until 6:00AM to remove their cars or be subject to ticketing or towing
The tow lot is located at 389 Blossom Street (Lynn Ferry Terminal Site).

New 2/10 Snow Advisory
A parking ban will go into effect on Tuesday, February 10th at 5:00PM. Cars parked on the street will be subject to ticketing and towing.
Snow parking lots will be open to residents starting at 4:00PM, excluding Johnson Street Lot, which will be open to residents at 7:00PM.
As today is a scheduled school day, residents must not enter snow parking lots until 4:00PM to ensure that Lynn Public Schools staff vehicles remain unblocked and accessible.
The Lynn Public Library will close early at 5:00PM. Lynn City Hall will close early at 7:00PM.
All Lynn Public Schools after-school programs will be cancelled on Tuesday, February 10th.
Towed cars will be located at 389 Blossom Street (Lynn Ferry Terminal Site).

The Parking Department is responsible for the collection of fines relative to citations for Parking Tickets, Abandoned Vehicles, 40U, Noise, Litter, Smoking, Fire Department and Animal Control citations. The Department is authorized to initiate appropriate collection actions for violations not paid when due, including non-renewal of driver's license and registration, criminal complaint and tax liens. Other responsibilities include issuance of resident parking permits and management of the City's public parking lots.
