Nov. 1, 2023 Second quarter FY24 preliminary tax bills due.

Nov.14, 2023 Classification hearing before City Council to allocate tax burden between residential and commercial properties for FY24 

Dec. 31, 2023 Actual FY24 property tax bills issued.

Jan. 1, 2024 Abatement filing for FY24 values commences. Statutory assessment date for FY25.

Feb. 1, 2024 Third quarter FY24 actual tax bills due. Abatement filing deadline.

Feb. 5, 2024         First commitment of motor vehicle excise bills for 2024 issued (approximate).

March 1, 2024 Personal property Forms of List and 3ABC Forms for FY25 due.

April 1, 2024         Deadline for filing of statutory personal exemptions for FY2024. Fourth quarter FY23 bills issued.

May 1, 2024 Fourth quarter FY24 actual bills due. IE Request issued.

June 20, 2024 Final date for Assessors to commit revised or omitted assessments for FY24.

June 30, 2024 Date for value improvements for FY25.

July 1, 2024         First day of FY25. Q1 FY25 prelim bills issued—eligibility date for FY25 statutory exemptions. IE Requests due.

August 1, 2024 First quarter FY25 preliminary tax bills due.

Oct. 1, 2024 Second quarter FY25 preliminary bills issued.

Oct. 31, 2024 Deadline to apply for Senior Citizen Property Tax Work-Off Abatement for following calendar year.

Nov. 1, 2024 Second quarter FY25 preliminary tax bills due.

Nov. 26, 2024 Classification hearing before City Council to allocate tax burden between residential and commercial properties for FY25.

Dec. 31, 2024 Actual FY25 property tax bills issued.
