Neighborhood Street Sweeping Program
The City of Lynn conducts neighborhood street sweeping annually in the spring and fall.
Neighborhood street sweeping for spring 2026 will commence on Tuesday, April 21st.
Sweeping is conducted during the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm. Please note that the schedule is subject to change due to weather, construction, or traffic emergencies. Any updates will be shared directly on the City website and official communication outlets, such as social media and email.
Please remove all cars from the streets during the scheduled sweeping dates and keep them off the street until operations are complete. Unmoved vehicles are subject to ticketing.
Downtown Lynn Street Sweeping Program
The Downtown Lynn Street Sweeping program resumes every March of the year and operates weekly Monday through Friday.
Downtown Lynn Street Sweeping occurs from 4:00AM to 8:00AM.
Please see street signs posted to indicate tow zones and street sweeping schedules. Residents in violation will be subject to ticketing and towing.
