Online Payments

Interested in a faster, cheaper way to pay taxes? Pay via EFT on our Online Tax Payment System!

Benefits of paying online include:

  • If you pay by eCheck, at $.50 per transaction, it's cheaper than a stamp
  • If you pay by Credit/Debit card, there is a payment processing fee 2.95% of the transaction, with a minimum of $1.00
  • Most payments are processed within 3 business days.
  • No need to worry about late fees and interest because checks were lost or delayed in the mail.
  • Any problems with payments are resolved right away - no need to incur late fees and interest while waiting on a returned check
  • No need to wait for payments to be posted. Payments are posted electronically when we receive them.
  • You can set up email alerts to remind you when taxes are due, or inform you of problems.

Current Fiscal Year bills are *generally* available to pay online through City Hall Systems. Please contact the office if you are unable to pay your bill online. This may mean it has gone past the stage of lateness that allows online payment.

Pay-By-Phone


The service fees for pay-by phone are the same as indicated above for paying online.

Live Operators will be available to take payments by phone from 8:30 AM until 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Mail Payments


You can mail your check or money order tax payment. A return envelope is included with your tax bill.

A self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) is required for returned tax receipt.

Payments are due In the Treasurer/Collector's Office on or before the due date. Postmarks are not accepted, and late payments are subject to interest and fees.

You can pay any tax bill with cash, check, or money order at the Treasurer/Collector's counter in City Hall, Room 206.

We cannot accept payment over the phone.
