Residents of Lynn may request a citation, certificate, or proclamation from the Mayor's Office to recognize or commemorate a person or organization's achievement or cause.
The Mayor offers residents varying forms of recognition dependent on the level of achievement. Receiving a citation or certificate from the Mayor does not constitute an endorsement.
