We are currently promoting two affordable condominium units made available through our Inclusionary Zoning law. These units will be sold to through a lottery of eligible applicants. Interested buyers should fill out an application form by Friday, July 18 to participate.
The application can be found at the reception desk at Lynn City Hall, Lynn Planning Department (Room 204) and at the Mayor’s Office (Room 306), or visiting the Lynn Affordable Housing Trust Fund page on the City’s website:

ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT
Located at 13 Nahant Street, The Elohim, is a 4-story building with 2 commercial units and 18 residential units. Per the City of Lynn’s inclusionary zoning bylaw, 2 of the units are subject to an affordable housing deed restriction in perpetuity and are priced to meet affordability guidelines for purchasers at 60% area median income for the Boston-Cambridge, Quincy, MA-NH HUD Metro FMR Area.

The lottery for Catalyst Housing (Lynn, MA) is currently OPEN, and we are asking for your help in reaching potential applicants. Catalyst Housing features apartments at the 30% AMI, all of which are supported by permanent project-based MRVP vouchers. In partnership with The Haven Project, residents will receive onsite supportive services to address basic needs, employment and job training, health care access, and other essential case management support. There are preferences in effect for applicants who are homeless, age 18-24, and in need of supportive services. For the lottery period only, there is also a local preference for applicants who live, work, or attend public school in Lynn for some of the units.
