Vision Lynn

The City of Lynn has created its first-ever comprehensive plan, Vision Lynn (2023). Created in collaboration with the community, this document captures our twenty-year vision for the city, including our shared values and goals, and will guide future development and investments in infrastructure. Vision Lynn was adopted on June 27, 2023.
